Meet Emma, a senior in high school and a competitive dancer since she was 5! We’re so thrilled to share her dancer portrait images with you guys. But to start, we’ve got to give a big shout-out to Jackie Creamer’s The Dance Studio! Thank you for all the love and dedication you’ve poured into Emma. It shows!

One incredible thing about Emma is the confidence she shows when she steps in front of the camera. The other is the personal style she’s developed and how she incorporates it into every part of her dancing. She’s at that really cool place in her dance journey where she truly makes each movement her own and has moved past just being proficient with classic tricks. Emma puts her own unique artistry into every part of her movements. As a former dance teacher, it was heaven on earth working with her on this level.

Lastly, we have some ridiculously exciting news about Emma’s dance journey. This girl not only had the guts to audition for something HUGE, but y’all… SHE GOT THE PART. Emma had the jaw-dropping opportunity to dance at the Super Bowl LVIII Half Time Show with Usher when the Chiefs showed the 49ers who’s boss. Having seen just a fraction of her dance ability at her session with us, there was never a doubt she would achieve this.

We’re crazy thrilled with how Emma’s session turned out and would adore the chance to do the same for your dancer, wherever they are on their dance journey. Documenting your dancer’s progress along their journey is actually what it’s all about for us. How wonderful would it be to have these photos done once a year (or even once every other year) and watch your dancer grow as an artist?!
