Here’s why this greenhouse worth considering for your cold weather season session:

It’s different. If you’ve been around here for even a little bit, you know how much we crave interesting locations for our sessions. And let us tell you, we are loving this greenhouse.

It’s warm. It’s not tropical by any means, but it is warm enough to keep all these lovely plants alive throughout the winter and that means no worrying about chilly temps that make sessions tough to get through. No worries about wind, which, can we just say, is SUCH a gift not to worry about, especially in the cool-weather months.

It’s beautiful. The plants are beautiful and create such gorgeous vignettes for your moments. The space is quite large with room to move around. Did we mention this greenhouse is over 100 years old? It has loads of vintage charm and character that you genuinely can’t find anywhere else.

It’s private. When you rent this location (yes, there is a fee to use this space) you have the entire place to yourself. No other photo sessions, no customers to work around or avoid. This is a beautifully serene and calm environment. We love being able to provide a session experience where young kiddos are not overly distracted and overstimulated.

There are a handful of greenhouse looks around the Kansas City metro, but this one is by far our favorite to photograph in. This greenhouse is perfect for a single family, a couple’s session, or even a senior session.
