Hannah :: Dancer Portrait Series

It’s been awhile since I posted one of my Kansas City dancer portrait series sessions. Meet Hannah, the beautiful, fierce, and of course, an amazing dancer. I had the opportunity to first meet Hannah a few years back when we danced together to perform an ancient ballet called Ordo Virtutum. What a unique and challenging project it was! This fabulous red head is co-director at Point A Dance, a dance school in Lawrence, Kansas. She’s also danced with AIM (Art in Motion) Dance Company since 2008. This company has always been fun to follow, with such a strong group of dancers and an awesome and dynamic repertoire of choreography. This dancer session was fun because of Hannah’s strength in modern and contemporary dance. And, not to mention, her physical strength. This girl rocks!

Interested in your own urban dancer portrait session with JSi? Give us a shout, we’d love to shoot you!
